Kim Clijsters victory

What a story in women's tennis at the US Open this year! Kim Clijster's comeback after more than two years in retirement, a tough match with Serena Williams in the semi-finals, Serena foot-faulted and her angry tirade, Clijster's victory and advance into the finals. Kim had been left in stunned silence after her semi-final win, celebrated her victory in the finals after she beat No. 9 seed Caroline Wozniacki 7-5, 6-3 on Sunday night. "It's a great feeling to have, but it's confusing in a lot of ways, as well," Clijsters said. "It went so quickly, everything." Meanwhile Serena Williams was fined $10,500 for her on-court volley of abuse at a US Open official.
