Eagles beat Giants

The New York Giants, as the reigning Super Bowl champions, outgained the Eagles in total yardage but quarterback Eli Manning never found his targets completing only 15-of-29 attempts. His Eagles counterpart Donovan McNabb finished with 22-for-40. "He is the best quarterback in the NFL," Eagles coach Andy Reid said of Donovan. "I don't think I have to say anything more than that."

In the last three seasons, the Giants and Eagles have met for a total eight times. With this win the Philadelphia Eagles reach the NFC Conference title game. The Eagles have won six of the last seven games, and are contenders for the Super Bowl, if they can beat another unexpected qualifier next Sunday: the Arizona Cardinals.
